LaSalle Behavioral Health is the inpatient psychiatric unit at Good Samaritan. Our 20-bed crisis stabilization unit is for those 18 years and older with a serious mental illnesses ranging from, but not limited to, depression, suicidal ideation, bi-polar disorder, and psychosis. Crisis Stabilization Units are short-term treatment units that provide immediate care to individuations experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis. The goal of the crisis stabilization units is to quickly stabilize the individual, often within 72 hours, refer that individual to outpatient programming and to begin a medication plan that is safe, easy and effective for the patient.

Intensive Outpatient Therapy
Partial Hospitalization Program
The Partial Hospitalization Program, PHP, is an outpatient treatment program designed to treat individuals that are misusing substances who require a higher level of care than the standard outpatient services, but do not meet the criteria for hospitalization.
Individuals in PHP will receive comprehensive treatment services and medical monitoring during programming hours and return to their place of residence at the end of each day. PHP is a comprehensive recovery program in which individuals work closely with many different treatment professionals such as nurses, peer recovery specialists, therapists and psychiatrists.
